 Christian Kit Goguen brings a rare blend of creativity, passion, and depth to real estate, shaped by over two decades as a professional performing artist. A storyteller at heart, he’s graced international stages with Cirque du Soleil in ZARKANA, TOTEM, and CORTEO, and built an inspiring career as a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and artistic director with productions like Les Productions Ode and Gala de la Chanson de Caraquet. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2020, Christian has poured that same energy into helping clients—bringing empathy, presence, and a deeply personal touch to every transaction.
